Attacks & Abilities

Each Immortal can select four abilities (see the Combat page in the User Guide for how to select and use your Abilities).

An Ability may be either an Attack which causes damage to an opponent in combat, or a positive ability which grants something to another.  Positive abilities are selfless in nature – i.e. you cannot use them on yourself, as they are aimed and cast the same way as Attacks.

Attacks and Abilities can only be used on other Immortals, with the exception of AreaHeal which works on Immortals and Mystics within 10m of you, whether or not they are wearing an Immortals HUD.

The power of each attack/ability depends on both your Species strength and your Level.  The table below allows you to see the parameters of each attack/ability based on Species and Level.

It will default to your Species and Level if you are logged in to the website.  Use the drop down lists to see parameters for other settings.
