As living creatures, “Breathers” regenerate Vitae on a nightly basis. The amount regenerated depends on their species’ Strength as shown below, with higher Strength species regenerating less, which is one of the balances or disadvantages to increased Strength. Level 6 provides a boost in regeneration – one of the advantages of Enlightenment:
