Offering Vitae is the process by which the Undead (e.g. Vampires) create a blood bond, or if offered to a Revenant, the way in which the Revenant is turned.
You can only offer Vitae to another Immortal who is wearing their Immortals HUD. You cannot offer Vitae to Mortals or Mystics.
To Offer vitae to another Immortal, click the Offer button on the HUD:
If you have multiple Offer types, you will be prompted to choose which (e.g. Nice/Nasty/Default). This will determine which animation, sounds and particles you wish to use.
You will then be prompted as to which target you wish to offer Vitae to. Your target must be an Immortal, wearing their HUD and within 2m.
What happens next depends on the status of the Immortal you are offering Vitae to (see below)
The HUD will notify you of which action you are about to take by presenting a Dialog prompt which you have to accept.
You have 30 seconds to accept, otherwise the offer will timeout (expire) and you will need to Offer again.
Once you confirm the action to be taken, the target will be prompted to accept your offer.

Once they accept what you are offering, they will move to you and begin to feed.
You can stop them from feeding at any point by clicking the Release button on the right page of the HUD, or by simply walking away.
Your target can stop feeding by walking away.
Possible Offer Outcomes
Group Invite
If the Immortal you are offering Vitae to is not a revenant and is not a member of your Immortals Group/Clan/Pack etc, you will be offering to create a blood bond and bring them and all their “Children” into your group.
Blood Bond
If the Immortal you are offering Vitae to is not a revenant but is already a member of your Immortals Group/Clan/Pack etc, you will be offering to become their “Parent”. All of their “Children” will come across underneath them. The HUD will notify you of this. Once you confirm
Turning
If the Immortal you are offering Vitae to is a revenant, you will turn them to your species if they accept your Offer. You will be prompted as to which of your species you wish to offer to turn them to. The target then has the option of turning completely to the species you are offering, or becoming a hybrid of the species you offer plus one of their existing species. If they are a hybrid of two species, they will give up at least one of those species to accept your offer.
Nothing but Vitae Transfer
If you are offering Vitae to a parent within your Group (Clan/Pack etc) nothing will change. Your Vitae will simply be offered as a tribute to a superior within your Group.
